- American Red Cross -Severe blood shortage, due to Coronavirus outbreak. Donors urgently needed, you can schedule an appointment, now.
- Methodist Health System – has created a phone line to address the need for mental and emotional support during this pandemic. it can be accessed by dialing (402) 815-8255 and is available from 7am until 7pm.
- American Cancer Society – has a 24/7 helpline 1-800-227-2345 for support, and to answer any questions needed. Cancer patients, families, and caregivers can find the answers to any Covid-19 questions you may have. Click on the link above.
- Convalescent Plasma Donor – LifeServe Blood Center, the sole provider of blood to more than 120 hospitals across Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota, is seeking community members who have tested positive for COVID-19 or have COVID-19 antibodies to donate convalescent plasma to meet the dramatically rising plasma needs of local hospitals.
