Info/Do’s & Don’ts Sheet

  1. Re-Entry NOT allowed– there are no ins and outs.  Once you are in the show you cannot go out to your car, or leave and come back into the show without buying another ticket.
  2. All Ages – Every “Body” through the gates must have a ticket to enter.
  3. ATM’s Availableat each entrance and in the middle of the food court.
  4. Handicap Section–Is available on site
  5. Nursing Mothers–on site next to EMS.  Providing privacy, and the proper storage of your milk and equipment.  It must be in the proper carrying bag.  Backpacks, including draw string backpacks are NOT allowed.
  6. Special Needs–Diabetic and other medical issues take to one of the EMS locations for storage or help.
  7. Food –Several Food vendors on site selling burgers, pizza, bbq, nachos, hot dogs, gyros, salads, funnel cakes, snow cones, vegetarian and vegan and more.
  8. Drinks –Soda, Water, Alcohol Beverages–Soda is Coke products, Beer is Budweiser products,

Parking:

There is no parking in Council Bluffs, general admission and pit ticket holders are to utilize CHI, Independent & Paid Lots.  Ticket holders need to park on the Omaha side of the Missouri River and use the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge to River’s Edge Park. There are several options for parking in Downtown Omaha: CHI Lot D which is directly adjacent to the CHI Health Center is one of the primary parking areas for attendees.  There are independent paid lots north of I-480, nearest to the pedestrian bridge.  Ride Share services (Uber, Lyft, Z-trip, etc.) main drop off and pick up location will be just south of 10th & Fahey at 603 Riverfront Drive. Deluxe and ADA and ticket holders are recommended to arrive to the venue in Council Bluffs earlier, use AVE G to enter from the north for parking garage access.
